CIS understands that customers need fully integrated working solutions, which is why we offer a total hardware and software solution that requires no specialized experience to setup and use. In fact our agentic AI platform provides actionable feedback to plant operators on how to optimize whole line operations. Furthermore, this solution is preconfigured for typical food inspection applications, so users don’t need to do customization to get results.
The CIS vision platform leverages off the shelf hardware (making replacement parts both inexpensive and easy to procure) and a smart software stack that completely automates the inspection process. As a user, simply select the defects that you want to eject and the ejection thresholds for those defects.
While the platform provides all of the supporting functions, the real work of inspection is done by the CIS foundation models. These sophisticated software tools are specially engineered for their specific function. They are then easily trained and refined on your production product without having to create a model for each product/recipe from scratch (which is the common approach for most AI systems, which typically require an exceptionally trained model to handle all the variation encountered in production).
